Cancellations

You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 3 days before your reservation is set to begin. cancelling from your original confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked that can be applied towards a future reservation with us. Your credit will expire 18 months from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 3 days of the start time of your reservation will not be given a credit.
